A cover-to-cover experience aimed at capturing the lifeblood of a relationship. Remembering, reconnecting, breathing quietly; each page begging the reader to let down their guard. Creating a moment made of magic and pine and soul and spirit and breath.
I aimed to capture the bones of who we are. Taking off clothes, inhibitions, and all the trying. Remembering and valuing the grit and the tenderness that have led us to survive, to fight, to bleed and to bloom.
The partnership in the space between two people; the Bones of Us is a book in seeing and blessing that space in its raw form.
